We ask for a minimum of three-month commitment. Social media works best when you show up consistently, and three months gives us time to build momentum and learn what works for your audience.
After that, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

Rather than paying for a set number of deliverables, you pay for content credits, which we use to distribute the type of content we create each month.
One reel or TikTok is 1 credit, a UGC video is 1.5 credits, and 3 lifestyle statics are 1 credit.

We focus on the platforms that make sense for your brand and your audience (most commonly Instagram and TikTok), but we'll guide you on where your energy is best spent rather than spreading you thin across every channel.

Every brand that comes through our doors is different, which means their posting cadence is also different.
It will depend on your goals and retainer, but consistency matters more than volume. We'll set a posting cadence that keeps your brand visible and top of mind without sacrificing quality for the sake of hitting a number.

Absolutely! You'll always have visibility over what's going out. We always share our content plan and final deliverables ahead of time for your approval, so you're never surprised by a post.

We reply to comments and DMs in your brand voice from Monday-Friday. We also alert you of any customer service questions or complaints, since you know your customers and business best.

Our Essentials and Signature retainers do not include Instagram Story sets, however our Ultimate retainer includes 2 sets per week.

We usually say within 3-4 weeks of signing on with us. Here’s how our first month will run:
Onboarding and strategy (week 1). We learn about your brand, goals and audience, then build your first content plan.
Plan approval and shoot (week 1–2). You approve the plan, and we film your first batch of content.
Editing and captions (week 2–3). Your content is edited and captioned, then sent to you for approval.
Scheduled and live (week 3–4). Once you've approved it, we schedule your posts and your feed goes live.
After that first month, everything runs on a rolling schedule, so fresh content is always in the pipeline and your posting never skips a beat.
