We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. Information stored overseas

Some of the tools we use (for example Meta and Google) may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they look after your information properly.

6. Marketing messages

If you enquire with us, we may send you emails about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can just ask us to stop. We will stop within 5 business days.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This includes password-protected accounts and only giving access to people who need it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to follow up, and client records for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.
